How to Send a Device(s)

  • 1. Request

    Click Give a Device and fill out the request form to receive via email a pre-paid FedEx Ground shipping label and instructions.

  • 2. Print & Pack

    Print your shipping label and securely package your acceptable devices. Please use a box you already have and can reuse whenever possible.

  • 3. Ship

    Deliver your box to the nearest FedEx drop off location.
